We did it again

Not that we don't have enough aquariums - but Christmas Eve our two biggest fish decided that they don't get along. I didn't have the heart to flush one down the toilet, so one hour before all the stores closed for the holidays, the two of us rushed out to the pet shop and bought another fish tank (number four). Oscar is very happy with his new surroundings and Felix remains in his old surroundings since he wasn't the aggresive one.

Als ob wir nicht schon genug Aquarien hätten. Am Heiligen Abend entschieden unsere zwei Pfauenaugebuntbarsche dass sie sich nicht leiden können. Ich habe es nicht übers Herz gebracht, einen die Toilette runterzuspülen. Eine Stunde vor Ladenschluss sind Detlef und ich zum Zooladen und holten uns Aquarium Nummer Vier. Oscar ist nun glücklich in seiner neuen Umgebung und Felix blieb in seiner alten Umgebung da er ja der Brave ist.

3rd Advent

I love this time of the year... all the lights and sounds of the holiday season. The soft glow of the candles, making Christmas cards, strolling through the Christmas Market in town, eating "Lebkuchen" (German spiced cake) and listening to holiday music.
